Refund Policy

At ORBS, we ensure that every product is packed with care and delivered in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged product, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Refund

* Refunds are only applicable in case of damaged or defective products.
* The issue must be reported within 15 days from the date of delivery.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

* To claim a refund, it is mandatory to record a clear video while opening the package.
* The video should:
    * Start before opening the parcel
    * Clearly show the package condition
    * Show the damaged product

👉 No refund will be processed without a proper unboxing video.

3. Refund Process

* Once the issue is verified, we will process the refund within 5–7 working days.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be applicable if:

* No unboxing video is provided
* Claim is raised after 15 days
* Product is damaged due to improper storage or handling
